Kalma is the Finnish Goddess of death and decay, her name meaning "The Stench of Corpses". It was long believed that disease and pestilence was caused by breathing bad air, miasmas. My Kalma incense smells great, and was believed to counteract the bad air that spread disease. This incense blend is based on historical account of herbs and resins used during plague outbreaks to fumigate the houses of infected individuals and is thus a great incense to cleanse and purify your space. Obviously, this will not cure or protect you from actual infectious diseases.
