Royal Green Hojari is among the most prized grades of Boswellia sacra frankincense, harvested in Oman’s Dhofar region. The distinctive green-toned tears are highly valued not simply for their appearance, but as a reflection of the quality, freshness, skill, and cultural heritage surrounding Omani frankincense.

For thousands of years, frankincense from Oman traveled along the ancient Frankincense Road toward the Mediterranean and beyond, becoming one of the most important aromatic materials of the ancient world. In Oman, frankincense remains deeply connected to hospitality, tradition, and national identity, and the resin is carefully graded and traditionally harvested by local communities.

Our Royal Green Hojari consists of exceptionally clean, fresh tears with a delicate, sweet fragrance accented by bright citrus, eucalyptus, and cool balsamic notes. Its aroma is gentle yet persistent, making it particularly beautiful when burned as a devotional incense, for meditation, ritual, prayer, or simply to scent a space.

The green coloration of fresh Hojari is naturally transitory and will gradually fade with exposure to heat, sunlight, and ultraviolet light. To preserve its color and freshness, store in a sealed container away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
